(a)-(b) purchased by (i) from Harry Rixon on 15 Jul 1847;
(c) parcel of ground of 9.875 poles, formerly part of Donkey Hall Field adjoining: W on Duke Street; S on premises of George Sole; N and E by land formerly of Frederick Burr and Charles Burr;
(d) three cottages built on (c) by George Tiplady in occupation of [blank] Leeper, [blank] Lawrence and [blank] Young;
(e) cottage lately converted by (i) from a barn or outhouse on (c) in occupation of [blank] Dickens and another

(g) piece of land in Bailey Field extending 26ft 2in along New Town Road at front and 23ft 7in at back fronting road near Dunstable Charity Gardens adjoining cottages lately of John Mullins, now of Edward Chase for 117ft and adjoining (f) for 113ft; purchased from Samuel Taylor on 28 Feb 1850
(h) two cottages built on (g) by Samuel Taylor in occupation of James Parsons and Mrs.Wood, then [blank] Cooper and [blank] Cotton;
(i) two cottages lately converted by (i) from barns or stables on (g) in occupation of [blank] Worsley and [blank] Godfrey;
(j) cottage and garden in High Town formerly in occupation of John Lowin, deceased, then his son John Lowin, then [blank] Poulton and [blank] Shaw, the site containing 9.75 poles bounded: N by premises occupied by John Magness, then [blank] Conisbee; S by cottage and garden late in occupation of Elizabeth Lowin, widow; E by fgarden in occupation of James Impey; W by High Town ; purchased by (i) from John Lowin the younger on 29 Sep 1851;
(k) piece of land in field called Langleys extending along SE side and property of Charles Burr in occupation of Edward Lucas 54ft 6in; NW next to right of way leading into Langley Field 57ft 6in; SW next to property James Hopkins, then (iii), then Joseph Sharples, James Hack Tuke and Edward Lucas 51ft 8in; NE next to a garden of Charles Burr, in occupation of (iii) then Richard Waring, 52ft 3in; the whole containing 10 poles 21 yards; purchased by (i) from Joseph Sharples, James Hack Tuke and Edward Lucas on 23 Mar 1855
(l) two cottages and outbuildings built on (k) with right of way along a road on NW side 18ft wide leading from land of Charles Burr in occupation of Richard Waring into Langley Street
