Agreement for sale between James Flood of Goldington, wheelwright and Charles Wells of Bedford, brewer regarding beerhouse at Goldington in occupation of James Flood with so much of yard as belings on western side [see WL1000/1/GOLD/1/9], subject to following conditions: - purchase price of 300, premises being free of mortgage; - 100 to be paid as deposit and purchase to be completed on next General Licensing Day, possession to be from one week thereafter, liecnce being transferred to Charles Wells' nominee on payment of costs, if licence not renewed then agreement void; - Charles Wells to take deeds and give James Flood a proper release of property retained by him
