- mortgage of 30 Apr 1870 from William Fisher to (iii) to secure 400 at 5% interest on (a)-(b);
- both mortgages were still outstanding together with an arrear of interest and costs;
- (i), (ii) and (iii) sold (a) at public auction at Crown Inn, Luton, on 13 May 1872 at which (v) was highest bidder at 500
