    Conveyance: Parties: (i) Edward Odell of Cranfield, farmer and Sarah, his wife; (ii) John Lane of Cranfield, harness maker; (iii) George Arrowsmith of Newport Pagnell [Buckinghamshire], gentleman Reciting: - WL1000/1/Crann/1/5; - John Odell senior died on 2 Apr 1805; - John Odell senior had three sons, John junior, Edward and Thomas; - Edward Odell died in Jun 1789 without issue; - Thomas Odell died in Feb 1844 without issue; - John Odell junior died on 4 Mar 1814 leaving (i) as his eldest son and heir at law Operative Part: - (i) conveyed (a) to (ii) for £150 and 10/- paid separately Property: (a) messuage used as a shop with barn, yard, garden and orchard near the church in Cranfield, formerly in occupation of Joseph Clare, collar maker then the father of (ii), now (ii) and his mother Mary Habendum: - to (ii) to the use of will or other instrument of (ii), in default to (ii) for life, after determination of any estate to (iii) during the life of (ii) in trust for (ii), remainder to (ii) for ever Witnesses: - George Cooch of Newport Pagnell, solicitor; - James Arrowsmith of Newport Pagnell. solicitor
