    Feoffment and Assignment Parties: (i) William Exton of Leighton Buzzard, merchant, devisee in fee in will of George Exton, late of Ampthill, draper, deceased; (ii) Mercy Exton of Ampthill, widow of George Exton; (iii) Thomas Brace Stone of Ampthill, gentleman; (iv) Richard Brown of Luton, maltster; (v) John Robinson of Ampthill, gentleman Reciting: - WL1000/1/AMP/1/9; - George Exton was dead and (i) had "some time since" become 21; - indenture of assignment of 2 Oct 1764 between (1) William Pittman and Sarah, his wife; (2) John Raymond and Sarah, his wife; (3) William Brown; (4) Richard Brown of Luton, maltster in which a 1,000 year term created by a mortgage of 10 Apr 1731 affecting (a), amongst other properties, was vested in (4) in trust for (3); - Richard Brown and William Brown were both dead and (iv) was administrator of Richard Brown, who died intestate Operative Part: - (iii) paid £95 to (i); - (i) enfeoffed (a) to (iii); - (ii), by appointment of (i), released her dower rights in (a) to (iii) for 10/-; - (iv), at application of (i) and nomination of (iii) assigned (a) to (v) for 10/- for the residue of 1,000 years in trust for (iii) Property: (a) two cottages in Sluts End Ampthill, with small yards and gardens formerly in occupation of John Field and Richard Evans Witnesses: - George King, clerk to Eagles; - Charles Austin
