Requests passports etc. "As I am yet infirm I am the more solicitous about taking away precaution against those inconveniences which attend travelling in Spain". Will travel with 3 Domesticks, letter may reach him at Mr. Aindie's at Bordeaux. English friends endeavoured to dissuade him from undertaking the expedition but believes some parts of Spain will fully repay him for his trouble.
