She was told by Anne that Lady Grantham, [Henrietta, wife of Thomas Robinson, 3rd Baron Grantham], was feeling distraught after the death of her daughter Amabel. Mentions that they have not heard from Lord and Lady Hardwicke, currently in Ireland, however she transcribes the last letter she received from Lady Hardwicke, which describes their journey from London to Glaincorn.
