Pleased that Countess de Grey likes the book 'Napoleon', and mentions Sir Walter [Scott] recently visited and is writing some Scottish short stories, dedicated to his grandson, John Hugh Lockhart. Mentions her sons, Henry and William, are travelling back from Drumlanrig Castle, and are currently staying in Yorkshire with a neighbour of Baron Grantham's, Oliver Gascoigne.
