    Copy Release and Assignment of a Moiety: Parties: (i) James Warr of Caddington, farmer and Joanna, his wife; (ii) John Warr of Aspley Guise, grazier; (iii) Benjamin Warr of Aspley Guise, grocer Reciting: - will of William Warr of Aspley Guise, butcher of 4 Sep 1822 devising all freehold real estate in Aspley Guise to his sons (i) and (ii) as tenants in common subject to charges for legacies etc.(since paid); - proof of will of William Warr in Archdeaconry of Bedford on 3 Mar 1826; - assignment of 25 Mar 1824 from (1) John Cole of Aspley Guise, gentleman to (2) John and James Warr; - WL1000/1/AG/1/1; - WL1000/1/AG/1/2-12; - WL1000/1/AG/3/6; - WL1000/1/AG/1/15 Operative Part - Freehold: - (i) conveyed his half share in (a) to (ii) for £490 Property: (a) cottage, now used as two tenements with shop, barns, stable, outbuildings, yards, gardens etc. in Aspley Guise formerly in occupation of Thomas Butcher and Mary King, then William Warr deceased now William Bird and Charles Hill; (b) dwellinghouse lately erected by (i) and (ii) on part of yard of (a) in occupation of (ii); (c) two cottages built on other part of yard of (a) in occupation of Richard Cook and George Heath (a) and sites of (b) and (c) conveyed by Thomas and Ann Butcher to William Warr on 3-4 Feb 1814 and described as abutting: E on house formerly in occupation of Susanna Norwood, W on Aspley Street, N on house formerly of Henry Byworth; S on part of King's highway (d) piece of ground in Aspley Guise on which building or barn lately stood formerly in occupation of Henry Mardling and Mary King, widow, then George Odell; (e) triangular piece of ground lying from where E or NE corner of barn in (d) stood running angular from it to a post in fence of premises formerly of Fenn Cole formerly in occupation of Henry Byworth then Joseph Sibthorp now by Richard Woodin [i.e. (a) in WL1000/1/AG3/11] and standing near W corner of (a) (d)-(e) conveyed on 4-5 Jun 1816 from Fenn Cole to William Warr Habendum of (a)-(e) - to (ii) to use of his will or other instrument, in default to the use of (ii) for life, after determination of that estate in his life to the use of (iii) in trust for (ii) during the life of (ii) to bar dower, to use of (ii) for ever Covenant - by (i) to levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc. Operative Part: - Leasehold - (i) assigned half share in (f)-(g) to (ii) Property: (f) messuage in Aspley Guise, later divided into two with a wood barn for each, yard and orchard; (g) three newly erected cottages on part of yard or orchard of (f) and in occupation of James Taylor, Thomas Sheppard and William Burt Witnesses: - John Green of Woburn, solicitor; - William Harland, clerk to John Green Examined on 26 Jun 1844 by William Sinfield and William Harland, clerks to John Green
