Brown advised him to buy, as he thinks the purchase is extremely desirable. Hoares will advance the money upon her and his joint bond, with a deposit of the deeds. It is to be repaid in instalments; £2000 in 1821, and £1000 in the three years after. He has asked Mr Ware to secure Mr Francis' price. Mr Ware also mentioned Mr Pitt was desirous to purchase the next presentation of Crudwell, and thought the price would be approximately £6000. They visited Luton, and were impressed by the collection of pictures there, and they are going to Cowes tomorrow.
