    Release Parties: (i) John Barber Tuck of Wellingborough, grocer; James Murphy of Wellingborough, gentleman; (ii) Thomas Overall of Wellingborough, watchmaker; (iii) John Godfrey of Oundle [Northamptonshire], hairdresser; (iv) Stephen Kingston of Oundle, chemist and druggist; (v) John Fairey of Harrold, victualler and maltster;; (vi) William Whitworth of Earls Barton [Northamptonshire], esquire Reciting: - WL1000/9/WELL/1/8 Operative Part: - (i), with privity of (ii) and (ii), released (a)-(d) to (iii) for £355 paid to (i) and 10/- to (ii) Property: (a) messuage in Wellingborough formerly in occupation of Mary Moore or John Hunt then John Chapman then Joseph Knight, many years since converted into a public house as Wheatsheaf in occupation of Thomas Freeman but now called Globe formerly in occupation of John Butcher, then George Ekins, now Martha Ekins with street formerly called Skittledine or Skitterdine, now Hog Hill E with small yard adjoining S and W now separated from yard in occupation of William Leete senior or trustees of William Leete junior, deceased on S and W; with fence, brewhouse, pumps, well, privy and dunghill in small yard; (b) bottom or ground floor part of E side of barn or carpenter's shop adjoining to W of (a) now occupied as a coachhouse and beer cellar and walled off from W side and with a floor above; (c) building now used as a stables lately built on S or SW corner of yard of (a) in occupation of William Leete senior or trustees of William Leete junior deceased; (d) pigsties at W end of yard of (a) in occupation of William Leete senior or of trustees of William Leete junior, deceased Habendum - to (iii) to use of (iii), to use of (iv) in trust for (iii) to bar dower to use of (iii) Covenant by (v) to present WL1000/9/WELL/1/4-5 and indentures of 23-24 Oct 1822, which included other property in Wellingborough lately sold to Mary Whitworth (late of Earls Barton, spinster, deceased), to (vi) Witnesses: - Joseph Bull, clerk to James Murphy of Wellingborough, solicitor; - J.N.Kahos, clerk to Hodson & Burnham of Wellingborough, attorneys; - J.Vorley
