    Attested copy lease and release Parties: (i) Thomas Overall of Wellingborough, maltster; (ii) John Barber Tuck of Wellingborough, grocer; James Murphy of Wellingborough, gentleman Reciting: - (i) was indebted to (ii) and others Operative Part: - (i) released (a)-(j) to (ii) Property: (a) piece of land in Wellingborough previously in occupation of Mary Moore and John Hunt, then John Chapman, then Joseph Knight, then converted into a public house called Wheatsheaf in occupation of Thomas Freeman, now called Globe in occupation of John Butcher with Skittledine alias Skitterdine, now called Hog Hill E; (b) two messuages in Wellingborough adjoining (a) in occupation of Thomas Wise and James Abrahams, then William Leete and James Abrahams now William Leete and Tipler; (c) piece of land in Market Stead quarter of Wellingborough with barn, malting, kiln, malthouse etc. bounded N by Vicarage; (d) part malthouse adjoining (c) of 24 yards length with parish church N in occupation of Joseph Overall, brother of Thomas, Overseer of Highways of Wellingborough, Houghton and William Leete and called White Horse Malting; (e) malting office in Sun Yard, Wellingborough and called Sun Malting in occupation of Joseph Overall and John Hervey; (f) close in East Field, Wellingborough of 8 acres and commonly called Dun Ley Close in occupation of James Whitworth; (g) messuage with yard, garden, outbuildings etc in East End, Wellingborough used as public house called Chequer in occupation of John Bailey; (h) messuage in East End, Wellingborough adjoining (g) in occupation of Thomas Holmes, currier; (i) partly erected messuage (old part of which was used as a chaisehouse) in Gold Street, Wellingborough in occupation of Benjamin Arbutt; (j) piece of land of 13ft length by 10ft breadth on S side of (i) used as a washhouse or kitchen in occupation of Benjamin Arbutt Habendum: - to (ii) in trust for sale Examined by Joseph Bull and Edward Bacon, clerks to James Murphy of Wellingborough, solicitor
