    Copy will of Joseph Overall of Wellingborough, watchmaker: - devising to his eldest son Thomas his piece of land in the Market Stead quarter, Wellingborough with barn, malting, kiln, malthouse etc. bounded N by Vicarage ground and which he purchased from Andrew Wilson with part of adjoining malthouse 24 yards long with parish church to N; - devising to Thomas two messuages in Wellingborough in occupation of William Leete and James Abrahams, formerly estate of Thomas Meadows; - devising to Thomas Wheatsheaf, Wellingborough in occupation of Thomas Freeman; - devising to his second son Joseph his messuage, now divided into two, in Upper End Quarter, Wellingborough in occupation of William Garner and Joseph Cleaver which he had bought from William Fisher; - devising to Joseph malting office in Skitterdine, Wellingborough; - devising to his youngest son James three (formerly four) messuages in East End Quarter, Wellingborough in occupation of John Bailey, Ann Hackney and Mary Hawkes; - bequeathing £150 each to Joseph and James Overall; - bequeathing £300 to his daughters Mary and Sarah Overall; - residue of real and personal estate to wife Elizabeth who he made sole executrix; - witnesses: Thomas Barrett; John Hodson; Lovel[?] Warren
