Fitzherbert, Paris to Grantham, London (private) Encloses a dispatch (not present) which had been left out of the packet of yesterday. Supposes Dutch Secretary will arrive in London at about same time as this letter. Fitzherbert had not been informed of Dutch Secretary's departure by Messrs. Berkenrode and Brantsen - may possibly have arisen from them conceiving (however falsely) that Fitzherbert is personally ill-disposed to their Republic.
