Grantham, St. James's to Fitzherbert, Paris (No 34, copy) Encloses an extract of a letter from Amsterdam (not present) of Captain Flynn's visit to the Dutch Court of Admiralty for the recovery of his property. Mr Pagan, a passenger on board the packet boat has written to Grantham informing him of his release and arrival in London. Hopes he will be followed shortly by the other prisoners.
