Grantham, St. James's to Torrington, Brussels (No 4, draft) Grantham is not able to give an answer regarding the enclosures in Torrington's last letter; "There are several other Persons in the same situation with troubles". No decision has been made regarding what is neutral property taken at St Eustatius - whenever it is, "Mr Bes's claim will chase the Fate of others". The reports which Torrington mentions with regard to Gibraltar in his letter No 7 are "totally void of foundation".
