Extract of letter from Torrington, Brussels to Grantham It is generally believed Admiral Hartsinch's fleet is in the North Seas in order to bring home and protect their Baltic ships and their East Indiamen at Dronsheim which some think are detained by the order of the Danish Court. It is believed the combined fleet is returning to Cadiz.
