Grantham, St. James's to Stepney, Dresden (No 3, draft) Grantham sends Stepney's letter of recall (not present) which he is to present to the Elector. Stepney is to go to Berlin leaving Mr Milliquet who is entrusted with the cyphers and official correspondence. Mr Elliot will deliver the official correspondence and cyphers in his possession to Stepney.
