    Grantham, St.James's to Keith (Draft) Application has been made to Grantham by the person whom the Republic of Genoa intended to appoint as Consul to reside in London. The King will consent to Mr Mangini. Would not have troubled Keith except M.Durazzo had written to Keith concerning M.D'Agini's situation which is "truly pitiable and unfortunate". Grantham wishes to make use of Keith's association M.Durazzo. D'Agini has "incurred the displeasure of his masters" and had been officially recalled. Encloses a state of the situation of M.D'Ageno (not present) and hopes that Keith might be able to interest M.Durazzo in his favour.
