- TitleGrantham, St. James's to Keith, Harris, Stepney, Eden and Wroughton (Draft) Parliament has assented to the addresses of thanks to the King. Both Houses showed a desire for peace together with support for the continuation of war if necessary. Speech should give satisfaction to the respective courts. The "Consistency with which Government has adhered to the Plans...is a sure Pledge of the same Consistency in the Views of cultivating the highest Degree of Friendship of your Court. The Liberality of the Principles held out on the Subject of Commerce cannot but be very acceptable".
