Harris is convinced the Emperor will try to join the Empress to his alliance with France and asks if the "Family Compact is not the best model". It is the "compleatest Piece of the kind ever drawn up, & we never must expect here to get rid of the Turkish Clause". The Treaty of Commerce has not many years to run.
