Gadsby, rector of Wootton; -- land in St. Paul's Sq., abtg. N. on sq., E. on messuage & garden of T.Gadsby (occ. Jn.Whitehouse), S. on Ouse, W. on messuage & garden of Deb.Gadsby; recites also:- 31 July 1877 presentation at Quarter Sessions by Sir J.M. Burgoyne & W.B. Higgins that Shire Hall inadequate; -- a messuage in St. Paul's par., occ. Sharman & Smail, coloured pink in plan in margin, abtg. W. on Shire Hall; 20 July 1878.
