Theed Pearse jr; his clerk Geo.West. 29,30 April 1832. Schedule of 8 deeds, 1718-1800. N.B. This is the conveyance of the house later occupied by Jas.Pearse, fronting St. Paul's Sq. N., and abutting E. on Sessions House. It was never acquired by the county; only the piece of land behind on which Theed Pearse (who himself lived at Rye Close) built offices.
