N turnpike from Bedford to Newport Pagnell, E homestall of sd farm lately sold to Wm Sharp, S & W by land next mentioned. - Plot of land called Conduit field and Iron Well 18 ac 19 p, N part land set out for gravel and stone, N part of turnpike road, S Dovehouse Close sold to Thomas Gurney and part Turners closeSchedule of deeds. 18/19 May 1813
