- Ends with details of the new roads made by J B Trapp and the rights of way granted across them and also the rights of way granted to J B Trapp etc to use the road (Ashburnham Road) newly created by W J Nash from the Midland Railway Station to the road set out by J B Trapp. Includes uncoloured version of plan from 1852.
