    Copy Probate of Will and Codicil of George Hull of Carey Street, Lincolns Inn Fields [Middlesex] and Mortlake [Surrey], tailor: WILL (10 Dec 1834) - to his wife Mary Hull all real estate at: Mortlake; Marchment Street, Burton Crescent, Holloway [Middlesex]; Bull Court, New Court and Wentworth Street, Spitalfields [Middlesex]; and Bedford; with the intent that she received the rents and profits of them for her life or until she remarried to support herself and their two youngest daughters Mary Ann and Elizabeth; remainder to his brother John Hull of Barnes Terrace [Surrey], baker, his sons George Hull and John Barnett Hull and son-in-law Peter Dial upon trust for sale, the monies to be added to money already given to his sons George Hull and John Barnett Hull to further their businesses and divided equally between his sons George Hull and John Barnett Hull and his daughters Caroline Dial, Mary Ann Hull and Elizabeth Hull, the latter two when they reached 21, the interest being paid them for their advancement until then if necessary; - to his wife all household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china, wearing apparel etc. for herself and his daughters Elizabeth and Mary for her life or until she remarry; remainder to his trustees in trust for sale and addition to his personal estate and division amongst his children as tenants in common; - John Hull, George Hull, John Barnett Hull and Peter Dial to be executors; - witnesses: Elizabeth Lund of Mortlake; Mary Hull; William Lyddon of Carey Street, Lincolns Inn CODICIL (4 Jan 1840) - trustees instead of John Hull, George Hull, John Barnett Hull and Peter Dial to be John Hull and Thomas Nightingale of Rose Place, Globe Road, Mile End [Middlesex], gentleman; - executors and executrix to be John Hull, Thomas Nightingale and his wife Mary Hull; - witnesses Elizabeth Lund and Elizabeth Merriman PROBATE (14 Apr 1846) - in PCC
