    Declaration by George Austin of Shefford, attorney at law: - he prepared the will of Abraham Biggs of Henlow, wheelwright, deceased; - that he wrote "Abraham Biggs" as son and heir of Abraham Biggs in error, the testator's son and heir actually being named David Biggs; - he had the indentures for the writing of the will in his possession as proof of his mistake; - the mistake was made due to haste in drawing up the will as the testator was dying; - the testator had a son named Abraham but he had died before the will was made, the grandchildren left legacies in his will being children of this dead son
