Complaint by Henry Sharpe of Silsoe, yeoman, that on Saturday 29 October and again on Monday 31 John Pepper of Flitton entered the barn of Henry Sharpe and stole some threshed wheat undressed, and put it in a coffer. He was detected in Monday's theft by Stephen Cooper and James Peat. A search warrant was obtained and some wheat found in his garden
