Information of Henry Kitchener of Arlesey who said that he was walking across the paths from Stotfold to Arlesey. Charles Street was with him because he could not see well. His brother, James Kitchener, caught them up and when they were near to Miss Stanford's his brother hit him over the head with a stick, knocked him down and kicked him on the knee saying 'You B----- I will kill you'. Henry ran up to him and took the stick and told him to go away. The policeman came up later and picked up Henry's hat. They couldn't find his brother to hand him to the policeman.
