- TitleOccurrence Report of PC Robert King Stearn stationed at Arlesey. He was on the highway at Arlesey when he saw a man riding on a cart pulled by 2 horses without reins. When PC Stearns looked aroung the cart he found it had no name on it. The man said his name was Charles Furr of Ickleford Hertfordshire and the horse and cart was owned by Thomas Priest, Farmer of Ickleford, Hertfordshire. Fine 6d. Costs 6/6
