Report of Sergeant George Daniels stationed at Shefford. He was on duty at Highlands, Campton when he saw 3 men beating about in a meadow known as Burnt Close in the occupation of Henry John Osburn of Highlands. They damaged the grass. PC Daniels identified George Victor Ashton, Labourer of Shillington Fine 6d. Damage 6d. Costs 9/6 or 7 days.
