She stated that George Daisley, Labourer of Sutton, came into the Public House with his brother and between them had 4 pints of beer. About an hour later she heard a noise in the tap room, swearing, and went in to find out. George Daisley was standing up, swearing and talking very loudly. She asked him to sit down and be quiet or leave the house. He refused and used shameful language. She ordered him to leave, he again refused and used foul language. His brother then took him out of the house. Fine 10/-. Costs 8/6 or 14 days.
