    Manor Woburn Abbotts Richard Ward deputy steward of Samuel Davis - presentment of death of Philip Gunn of Woburn, bricklayer on 1 Jan 1746 and entitlement of Sarah Cox of Leighton Buzzard, spinster by virtue of surrender by Philip Gunn and her admission on 16 Feb 1731 to land in Woburn on which stood a tenement between estates of William Turner S and John Smith N formerly in occupation of John Edmonds; - presentment that since the great fire of 19 Jun 1724 Philip Gunn built four tenements on the ground of which one was empty and the other three in occupation of Richard Mennell, William Darling and Mary Grey, widow to which Simon Taylor senior was admitted on 27 Sep 1722 under description of a tenement in Woburn in W part of shambles formerly in occupation of Moses Price then John Edmonds; - admission of Sarah Cox, now wife of Patrick Mackfarland of Aylesbury [Buckinghamshire], dealer in lace for a term of 21 years from 1741; rent 10/-, fine £10; - surrender by Sarah Mackfarland to Patrick Mackfarland; - admission of Patrick Mackfarland
