To the high altar for tithes forgotten 6d.; to mother church of Lincoln 2d.. To his eldest son John Pycocke one house called Peyccockes Howsse as it is set in the Forthe next unto Sanct Neotes in the parish of Eton paying to testator’s wife Alis Peycocke her dowry. Youngest son William and testator’s wife Alis to occupy the farm together, having the favour of the lord of the manor and his officers. To son Richard Peicocke an acre of barley and an acre of peaselying against Master John SanctJohn upon the hill. To son Richard half a quarter of wheat and a cow called Nutte and a flecked bullock of one year old and upwards, a ewe and a lamb, a pair of sheets (one flaxen and one harden). To Alis Swanne a ewe and a lamb. To daughter Agnes Hall a flecked cow bullock of 2 years of age and upwards. To the children of Richard Slade a ewe and a lamb. To the children of William Folbegge a ewe and a lmb. To the children of John Peycock a ewe and a lamb. To eldest son John Peycocke for his pains taking a weaned calf. To sister-in-law Agnes Daye a bushel of barley. Residue to youngest son William and to wife Alis, and his eldest son John and wife Alis to be executors, and Thomas Peicocke junior to be supervisor.
