“First I bequeath my soule unto allmightie God my maker and Redymer and to all the holy company of heaven” and burial in churchyard of Alhalowes in Mylton. To mother church of Lincoln 2d.; to the high altar of his parish church in Mylton for tithes forgotten 4d.; the be given on his burial day to the poor people as his executrix shall think best for his soul and all Christian souls. To wife Katheryne all his goods and chattles, and she is to have them for the term of her life. Executrix wife Katheryne and his son Richard Atkyns to be overseer.. Witnesses Francis Lewes, Robert Bull senior , William Mascall the elder.
