To the high altar 4d.. To sister Kyrchyan’ Roughe her best kirtle, best sleeves, best apron, best rail, and her best kercher. To her sister Kyrchicon at my brother John Lawrence 10 aprons, a covering for a bolster, 5 single rails, 2 pair of sleeves that belonged to testator’s mother, and a pair of sheets that were given testator by her father “with many other thinges that ys out of my Remembraunce”. To Edmund Roughe 6s. 8d.. To William Roughe 6s. 8d.. To Margeret Rowgh a red kirtle, a pair of knit sleeves, a kercher and a rail. To Mary Rowgh a red petticoat, a pair of knit sleeves and a kercher. To Alis Roughe a violet frock, and a kercher. To testator’s sister Kyrchian Roughe 20s. for testator’s keep. To John Rowghe testator’s brother-in-law 20s.. To her sister Roughes three daughters 3s. 4d. each. To her sister’s maid Alis a red petticoat, a smock and a kercher. Her brother John is to bestow at her burial to poor people and to pay for her burial 13s. 4d.. Residue to her brother John Roughe and to his wife and children and brother-in-law John Roughe is to be sole executor., with Robert Hartwell supervisor.
