    Folio 35 - John Chetlowe/Chetlow otherwise called John Leceter made 1556 pr. 20 July 1556 “First I bequeth my sowle unto almighty god my Redemer and maker and unto the most blessyd vergen his mother and all the holye company of heaven and my bodye to be buried in the parish church yard of Bletso”. To his wife half his bedding and household stuff, and his son Alexander to have the other half, if they can agree, otherwise wife to have 2 milch kine and a bullock. Son John to have a cow and her offspring and a bullock. Residue to executor “to dispose of they wyll aunswere god at the dreadfull Day of Doome”. Executor Alexander Chitlowe otherwise Leceter.
