To mother church of Lincoln 4d.; to the high altar of Henlow for tithes forgotten 4d.. To daughter Agnes 2 bushels of barley and to each of her children half a bushel of barley. To his wife Mergeret the house where testator lives with all lands, meadows and pastures appertaining to it for her natural life, and on her death property to remain to testator’s son William Tyle and to his heirs for ever, and Margeret to occupy the land according to certain covenants made in writing between testator and the said William which are as yet unsealed. The remainder of his goods to wife for life, and then to son William. Wife and son William to be executors, and John Raynes to be supervisor. Witnesses James Torner vicar there, John Bedford
