To son Thomas a quarter of barley and 2 acres of tilth and 40s. to be paid on testator’s Thirty Day. To brother in law Thomas Sanders a bushel of wheat. To Mary Elingham daughter of testator’s son Thomas Elingham 3s. 4d. at age of 20. Executors are to bestow at his burial 36s. 8d. and at his 30th day 13s. 4d. Executors to bestow half a quarter of malt by peck and half peck to the poor as they see where is most need. To wife Elizabeth her chamber whole as she brought it . All his corn and cattle and all other goods to be divided equally between wife Elizabeth and son-in-law John Howse , who are to be executors, and James Philip supervisor. Witnesses William Tomson, Thomas Androw, James Philip, Thomas Man.
