To son John Vyncent a quarter of barley; to son Steven Vyncent a quarter of barley; to son Richard Vyncent a quarter of barley; to son William Vyncent a quarter of barley; to daughter Elizabeth 4 bushel of barley; to daughter Jone four bushel of barley, to daughter [?Agnes] 4 bushel of barley, to Margery Housse 2 bushel of barley. Wife Katharyne to have his copyhold house where he dwells during widowhood but if she remarry or die before the end of the term then to son John Vyncent. Residue to wife who is to be executrix to use for the health of his soul Witnesses Steven Grome, Christopher Vyncent, sir Michell Emmit priest of Badlesden.
