Request of George Mosely, School Attendance Inspector for Biggleswade, at Arlesey that Thomas Albone of Cowfair Lands, Biggleswade, parent of Edward Albone, be summoned to appear before the Justices of the Peace. George Moseley swore that he knew the parents pleaded poverty but could not say if had told them that they could get the fees remitted or apply to the Guardians.
