  • Title
    Evidence of John Lincoln, Drover of Cowfairsands, Biggleswade. He saw Richard Walker of Cowfairlands in his garden and asked him to stop his sons from infering with his bullocks when he was driving them along the road. Lincoln said that Walker told him to go and lifted him out of the garden and threw him down. He was very bruised and had to be taken home in a wheelbarrow. Evidence of Eliza Lincoln, John Lincoln's sister, that she had to go and help him home. Evidence of George Crook who saw Walker lift Lincoln to the gate and throw him down. Evidence of Anne Woomsley of Cowfairlands who saw Walker packing his goods and Lincoln came and struck at him. Walker told him to go. Lincoln sturck him again and Walker put him out of the garden. She didn't think Walker was to blame.
