- TitleOccurrence Report of PC Eli Bayes stationed at Henlow. He saw Walter Edwards, Labourer of Kelsee, Herts, driving 23 cattle along the highway at Henlow. When asked for a License he produced a Certificate signed by Herbert Matthews, Inspector for Herts and countersigned by R Wilkinson, a Magistrate for Herts. The cattle were the property of James Kingsley, Farmer of Luffenhall, Herts, and were going from his farm at Willian, Herts, through Baldock, Herts and Clifton, Beds, to Bedford. Fine 6d. Costs 11/4
