Information of Henry Osborn of Highlands in the Parish of Compton. He was driving home from the Biggleswade Petty Sessions. A short distance after passing Broom Cross Roads he saw a wagon drawn by 2 horses on the highway in front of him. There was no-one with the wagon. There was a man about a hundred yards along the road in front of the wagon with his hands in his pockets. His name was James Harrison. Henry Osborn said he would summons him. Fine 2/6. Costs 5/6.
