He was on duty on the Hitchin Road in the Parish of Arlesey when he saw Samuel Albone, Labourer of Arlesey, riding on a cart drawn by 2 horses without any reins. He had cautioned him 2 weeks previously so now summoned him and made him drive the horses on foot. Fine 5/-. Costs 5/6 or 9 days.
