    Assignment of a term in trust to attend the inheritance Parties: (i) Henry Rock of Woburn, Beds, farrier and John Circuitt of Woburn, yeoman; (ii) Samuel Rock late of Woburn but now of Cranfield, Beds, yeoman; (iii) Wriothesly Russell of Woburn Abbey, Beds, esquire commonly called Lord Wriothesly Russell; (iv) William George Adam of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex], esquire. Reciting: - R6/63/23/7,10,11,12; - will of Henry Rock dated 5th Jul 1799 whereby he appointed (i) joint executors and (a) was vested in (i) for the remainder of the said term of 1000 years upon certain trusts; - said Henry died in Aug 1799 and his will was proved in Bedford on the 26th Sep 1799; - will of Arthur Rock dated 2nd Oct 1795 whereby he appointed (i) joint executors and gave all his property in Beds to his children; - said Arthur died in Dec 1799 and his will was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on the 24th Jan 1800; - R6/63/27/6; - R6/63/27/19&20. Operative: - (i) at the request of (ii) assigns the trust term of 1000 years on (a) to (iv) in trust for (iii).
