Operative: - in consideration of £75 (i) conveys (a) to (ii); Property: (a) messuage or tenement in the Great Yard, Woburn numbered 28 late in the occupation of Edward Webb and now Thomas Mumford; bounded E by a messuage or tenement of Elizabeth Piddington, W by a messuage or tenement this day conveyed by (i) to (iii), S by the yard belonging to the Bell Public House the property of Richard Ambrose Reddall and N by the said Great Yard.
