    Assignment of a term in trust to attend the inheritance Parties: (i) Thomas Hanwell of Heath & Reach, Beds, gentleman (sole executor of the will of William Hanwell, late of Lidlington, Beds, gentleman); (ii) William Church of Woburn, Beds, ironmonger (eldest son and heir of William Church, late of Woburn, carpenter, deceased and devisee in fee named in his will); (iii) Arthur Rock of Woburn, blacksmith; (iv) Henry Rock of Woburn, farrier… ‘a person nominated by and in trust for the said Arthur Rock’. Reciting: - R6/63/23/7-9 - there was a default in payment concerning the recited mortgages and (a) became vested in (i) as mortgagor for the remainder of the term of 1000 years; - all interest on the recited mortgages has been paid; - R6/63/23/11 whereby (a) was conveyed to (iii) for £125; Operative: - in consideration of £100 (being part of the £125 purchase money) (i) assigns the term in trust to attend the inheritance to (a) to (iv). Property: (a) see R6/63/23/11. Habendum: - unto (iv) in trust for (iii). - signed by (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv); - witnessed and signed by Ambrose Reddall and John Rotherham, his clerk.
