Parties:
(i) William Church of Woburn, Beds, ironmonger (eldest son and heir of William Church, late of Woburn, carpenter, deceased and devisee in fee named in his will);
(ii) Arthur Rock of Woburn, blacksmith.
Operative:
- in consideration of £125 (i) conveys (a) to (ii).
Property:
(a) messuage, cottage or tenement in Woburn late in the tenure of Thomas Turney and afterwards made into several tenements now in the several tenures or occupations of William Hicks, William Mash, Sarah Cutberd, William Langford, George Edmunds, Thomas Denis, Francis Ireland, Abraham Purryer, John Cotton, Ralph Boys and Isaac Andrews with a right of way through the yard late in the occupation of Francis Rands.
Habendum:
- unto and to the use of (ii) subject to the various mortgages secured on (a) which are intended to be discharged by the said purchase money;
- remainder of term of 1000 years is vested in Thomas Hannell (the last mortgagor concerning (a)) in trust for (ii) to attend the inheritance.
