Reciting: - (ii) has recently purchased (a) by public auction for £545; - conveyance by lease and release dated 3rd and 4th Jul 1815 and made between (1) George Christmas and Ann his wife (2) James Egram and Sarah his wife (3) John Perrin and Elizabeth his wife (4) Pattey Elliot (5) William Hurley and Maria his wife (6) Samuel Davis and John Morris (7) (ii) (8) John Anstee whereby (a-c) was conveyed unto and to the use of (7) - R6/63/16/36; - (i) to retain title deeds which relate both to (a) and the land conveyed to (i) by recited conveyance dated 12th Sep 1816. Property: (a) two cottages or tenements with a piece of garden ground of 2r 34p in Houghton Regis now or late in the occupations of John Hawkins and widow Groom; (b) cottage, garden and premises in Houghton Regis in the occupation of Mrs Prickett; (c) allotment or piece of arable land of 3a 2r 3p in Houghton Regis in the occupation of John Hawkins Operative: - (i) covenants to produce title deeds concerning (a) to (ii) as and when required by law. - including schedule of title deeds: - R6/63/16/14 - R6/63/16/18. - intended to be witnessed and signed by John Holgate of Woburn Abbey and Thomas Pearce Brown of Norfolk Street.
